Living in another era is like living in another world.

      How would my life be in another era? It would certainly be very different from how it is now. If I were to choose an era to live in, it would be the French Revolution era. Marie Antoinette immediately comes to my mind everytime I think of  how I would love to look like. Many aspects from the XVIII century are so wonderful. Unfortunately, like all eras, it had conflicts like being very superlative when it came to social levels. I have this big fascination and envy by their clothing, how women are treated, and their nitty-gritty way of living such as their homes and the jaunty lands they live in through out those years

A moment, a love, a dream, a laugh, a kiss.....

This blog entry has been the toughest one. Choosing the best song out of all my favorite songs was really hard. All my favorite songs mean a lot to me and the artists are amazing, like Coldplay, Journey, 30 Seconds to Mars, etc. Finally, I decided to choose Sweet Desposition by The Temper Trap. Every time I listen to this song, it immediately puts me in a good mood, no matter how bad my day has been, it rushes through my veins and into my soul. It has a catchy tune and an interesting meaning.


Sweet Disposition is about not only living in the moment but it also says share those moments with someone else. As it goes through the song, it says "a moment, a love, a dream, a laugh, a kiss, a cry, our rights, or wrong", which to me that means that the simple things in life are those moments that should be cherish, those moments that no matter how small they are it could completely change how we look at life. The song also talks about how they are young and that they won't stop fighting until it's over. The main idea of the song is to appreciate our lives because there's something to live for. Overall, the songs tell us to live in the moment, to enjoy what we have, to fight for what we believe in and to love what we have. 

If I were a boy...

How would my life be if I was a boy? Not only is an interesting question but it gives me a lot of thinking. It would be a fun and understanding experience but to be honest, I wouldn't change being a girl for anything. I would be the type of guy who cares about how he dress, likes doing sports such as soccer, track, surf, and treat the girls how they should be treated. If I were a boy I would like to understand more about guys mind, I would act how they all act just to see how it is and lastly take care of my appereance. Isn't that something?
