It was a typical, silent night at the Faisca's house. Beatriz was reading a very intriguing book in the living room. After a couple of hours, she heard a frightful sound coming from outside. She jumped off her seat and started walking toward the door. When she was near the door, she heard the sound again, this time she realized that the sound were knocks. She open the door and saw an old man standing on her porch.
Beatriz: Hello?
Old man: Excuse my impoliteness. I am very sorry if I woke you up.
B: Don't worry. I suffer from insomnia and I wasn't planning to go to bed anytime soon. What is it you need help?
M: I was walking around the neighborhood looking for this address.
The old man hands her a piece of paper.
B: Well, you came to the right place. What brings you here?
M: I came here because of friend told me that this house was phenomenal and I have to admit, it's pretty immense.
B: Thank you! I am very flattered. Care to come in?
M: I would love to but I don't have much time.
B: That's a bummer. If you don't mind, may I ask you why are you wandering around the neighborhood at this time of hour?
M: Because it's the only time I have... You see, people like me only have the night to do the things I need to do.
B: What kind of things?
M: Make important visits and give out messages. Wow, I haven't realized how much you've grown. It is amazing how time flies.
B: Do I know you from somewhere? You look very familiar.
M: Oh, Beatriz! I wish I could answer all of your questions. I'm very glad to see you and I wanted to tell you how much I love you and miss you.
B: How do you know my name? Who are you?
M: You will know soon enough.
Ring, ring. The phone started to ring and Beatriz turned her head quickly inside. When she returned her attention to the old man, he had vanished. He left nothing but a picture turn upside down. When she grabs the picture and observes it, she could see the old man with a little girl in his arms. Looking at the familiar picture, she then realizes that the little girl was her and the old mas was...
B: Grandpa!
A tear started running down her cheek after realizing she talked to the ghost of her beloved grandfather.
B: If only I knew, I would've told you many things. I love you too and miss you more than anything.
